Guild Charter Empty Guild Charter

Post by yamagawa Sun Apr 01, 2012 9:28 pm

Odin's Hammer is a 'No drama', casual player friendly hang out.

Respectful Behavior: As part of our "No Drama" policy, all members are to treat other members with respect at all times. Despite our members' varied age groups, we all need to treat each other like adults. Use of derogatory language to address other members of Odin's Hammer is also not acceptable and will be considered a violation of this policy.

Joining: Application is open to all. Post your desire to join in the recruit forums. All members have one week to post their support or dissent. If one full member dissents then you will not be a member of Odin's Hammer. Hammer Officers are responsible for paying the invitation fee and providing indoctrination about our Guild, explaining our Charter, Website and how to obtain full membership in Odin's Hammer.

Membership: All members must maintain 'good standing' within the guild. Any member can request a review of any other member's 'good standing' once and only once. Repeated attempts to get another member removed will be seen as a violation of the 'no drama' intent of this guild and you will be removed. An in game Officer can request a review of 'good standing' on any member twice.

Inactive members: Any member that has not logged in-game in over one month will be removed from the guild unless they have posted in the guild forum the reason for their absence. This measure is to ensure that we maintain an active "No Drama" guild. Former Members that were dropped in this matter can reapply to the guild thru posting in the guild recruit area.

Full Membership/Officer Candidate: At anytime, anyone with at least two weeks as a member wishing to be an officer will post their desire in the nominations forum. All members have two weeks to post their support. No dissent equates to support, and full membership.

This charter is a living document. Every member has the right to propose changes. No changes will be made arbitrarily by the guild leader or any of the officers. Changes will only be made by a unanimous consensus of all members. Silence is considered assent
